Role & Responsibilities:

• Design projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws, and regulations.

• Prepare and review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to various projects.

• Perform design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings, and detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings for building construction or improvement projects.

• Provide finish selections such as color palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting, and other interior elements.

• Coordinate effectively with all required internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct project visits to gain a better understanding of site requirements and project needs.
